Advice for the people who like to steal other people's work,
Try to do your own work and finish it up on your own. Study hard for a test. Don't copy other people's work. In the beginning, i know it's stressful but at the end of the day, you will feel good about yourself.

Don't care what people say about you, as long as you are doing the right thing and doing good things. There is nothing wrong with you. You are perfect. You are God's creation and all his creation are perfect.

Well that's all I can remember for now. Hope 2012 will be a better year.

Met new friends even though we knew each other but just never talk much or hang out. And found out we had a lot of things in common.

Youth For Christ Camp!! Forever be grateful for the time spent at Pace Bene! Praise and worship is always my favorite. We also went to an old folks home and met a lovely grandmama her name was Philomina. Some of us the participants cried when we left the elderly home, they felt sad to see them all alone with non of their family members :(

Found the good in goodbye! Became a little more stronger and wiser from a hurtful event.

i got through it all with help from God, friends n family :)

God is so good. all the time!...i've been having a busy week! doing what? facials and shopping!
we women seriously shop till we drop. seriously drop. till we can't stand anymore. or till the mall closes.

but this shopping session was superb. i felt so lucky. found the perfect dress for cousin's wedding.
simple dark blue dress. the perfect nude shoe. and i found my facial scrub.
AND the special bible i have been dying to own.

The last item I bought was a facial cleanser. I don't usually use this brand, i usually use St.Ives but every drug store was SOLD OUT..

*tips*: if you have oily skin and break outs, only use gel cleanser, brands I like, St.Ives Naturally clear, Simple and Clean n Clear gel.. it helps a lot.. :)

Guys pick girl up, surprises with flowers.
Activities that might be really fun for a date is ice skating, bowling, archery or anything that both can have fun together :)
Dinner at the beach with a sunset view. And just having a really good time.
if it's not at the beach, a really nice restaurant would be nice. For example, Upperstar or sailors. Just one that's clean and good food and good lighting.

After dinner, it would be really nice if there was a place where you can look at the city lights or stars somewhere. Or maybe at a fountain park. It would just make the night sparkle. fireworks would just make it even awesome.

At the end of the night, she's sent home with a goodnight kiss in the cheek. muah.

Well this would be a perfect date.
But sometimes, it's better if you don't expect anything first, just enjoy and go with the flow.

So today i was helping out in the studio with my mum. First I had to deal with the bride, make sure gown is properly worn and stuff. After that I had to deal with the groom. Both of them looked very young, that i felt I was older. Anyways, so I hand the groom his belt and his vest and lastly his tie. Then he paused and looked at me. "Erm kau pandai pakai ka?" I asked. He mumbled no. Well, I didn't know how to tie a tie but I'm a lady so I have an excuse for not knowing how to tie a tie. I never wore a tie in school except for choir competition.

Moving on... Dude! Come on! Your getting married! At least learn how to tie a tie.

The Changes

Change. What is change? Is it good? Or is it bad? Change could mean transform one thing into something else. Time changes. The weather changes. Things change. People change. 

Bad changes

Some changes are harmless. Changing something to make something even better is good. But some, changing something for the best could hurt. 

Now, people change. The people who are often around us, parents, family members and friends. All our loved ones. Including ourselves, we all go through changes in life. It might be physically, the way we dress, talk, or act.

Truth be told? I’ve been facing a lot of changes. Sometimes its hard to accept it. When things aren’t the same as before, you just have to carry on. Even if it’s small steps to get through the day. We have to live our life. Setting goals, working hard and achieving the goal. While all these small or big changes affect us. For better or for worse.

The only thing we can do is miss the moment before it all transformed into something else. Just miss it, cherish it, and then say goodbye forever.

But wait!.. There is a quote.

“However good or bad a situation is, it will Change.”

Anyway I don’t really like the way how its said. Maybe this is better. For being a little more optimistic.

So here's the thing. It's not every single day you're gonna be the most cheerful or happy person on earth, you might be the most gloomy person tomorrow. Anything can happen. Something bad happens and what can you do about it? Just deal with it. Live with it. Learn to solve it. Learn from the mistake and never ever repeat it again. Ever.

Now there are two things that can change your day.

1. Others around you

2. you yourself and your emotions

Firstly, others around you affects your daily life, it's either they made you happy gave you free dinner bought your favorite ice-cream or for worst, they poked bullied back-stabbed make a fool of you, spit at you made an awful rumor, bite and eat you, stole something that's yours..i can go on forever but you just name it.

Secondly, you yourself and your emotions, for some women, we can have an excuse to be a *itch once in a month. Haha stupid hormones. Anyway, it's always about how your mind and emotions work together to deal with a hell of a day. It's either you try again and stand up or you go to bed, sleep and give up. but wait, there's always tomorrow and it's up to you to try again. Try to face the world one more time. It complicated but actually it simple. It's just up to you to find the beauty in the ugliest days of your life.

well..let's just not care and just see what happens! You have a life one life your world does not revolve around whoever what ever. just do what's right and everything is gonna be okay. go on..go! LIVE IT NOW!

Women nowadays are so obsessed with their weight. It's either too thin or too fat.

If they think their too fat, some would starve themselves till they get gastric pains, or even worst

become anorexic.

Too thin? well it's easier to loose weight than too gain weight.

For some cases like joining a pageant contest, for example running for Miss World, diet it important to get

the right shape of your body to compete with the other girls in the contest. There's a standard you have

to achieve. The right height, beautiful body, beautiful skin complexion, big eyes, beautiful hair, big boobs and ass? haha....

For models, the basics? Tall and skinny. but not too bony, no one wants to see bones. it's just gross.

Anyway it's not only obsessing with their own weight, but it's when other people are obsessed with other peoples weight is what caused them to be obsessed with one-self in the first place. Body snarking. Yikes...

NOW we all want to feel good about our own bodies here. so next time when someone rude says OMg you are so Fat now. Reply, i don't mean to be rude but i think you should keep your comments about my appearance to yourself. So next time if they think they have some negative comments to say to you, think again.

And as of ourselves, we too have to stop talking about other people, give it a try, think before we speak, in your mind say " i'm worst than that i have no rite to judge ". Just keep your comments to yourself and don't say bad comments about a person straight to their faces.

Now, this is one is the toughest one.. They are also some people who won't stop commenting. As you can witness nowadays the media always criticize, sometimes compliment, and comment on celebrities and socialites bodies. So how do you deal with the bad ones?
You just simply ignore them and do something else. If the comments still hurts?

Do something. Eat healthy, Go for a jog, go swimming, set some goals in life, enjoy dancing to your favorite track, just do SOMETHING and the most important thing is smile, be happy and keep healthy.

It doesn't matter if your beautiful on the outside. It's the inner beauty that counts.
So just BE.YOU.(tiful) ;)

Exam week, Holy Week, No Dating =(
So hey..its april. mid April.I'm having my exam now and its kinda stressful. You know what's more stressful? Having it on the weekends. And plus its holy week. For Catholics we need to attend church. and its kinda hard for me to find transport here. Good Friday's church mass is at night.

Let me make it easier for you

Thursday - Free
Friday - 9am meeting with maths lecturer/ Noon free time/ Night, Good Friday Mass (Stuck in campus)..
Saturday - Morning, free/ Noon 2pm-5pm english exam/ Night Free
Sunday- Happy Easter!

The problem is I want to go to church on friday night and sunday morning. But I feel like I'm giving my parents burden. i understand that their busy with work, house, n so on.
Would it be easier if i had a car... even better OWN ONE...
Well, for now, i've decided...to not go to church on friday and only for Easter.

Also i haven't seen "him" for so long now. Just wanna stop by and say hi. eeeee...why is missing someone so hard?...... Human nature...-_-''

So i'm not gonna get a chance to see him till 30april which is also the day my exam ENDS! yes...

this time i really had to update my blog. since i can't tell anyone now about what i've been thru besides my roomate. so why not blog about it? =)
Basically its about my
Sony Ericsson W995.
Let me entertain you... So here goes.

One night when i was using my mobile phone it switched off automatically. so when i switched it on.
There were 3 problems regarding the phone:
1) It couldn't detect signals from my network. "NO NETWORK COVERAGE".
2) The battery display was empty but actually i just finished charging it. It won't charge too. Says
"please use sony.e battery"
3) Another problem was that, the bluetooth wasn't working either.
What did i do?....PANIC..of course..

well wouldn't you PANIC too???!
It's where your lifeline is your mobile phone is the only way to talk to your beloved boyfriend who is the love of your life where you are very far away from him and he makes you smile and laugh!!!! oh i forgot. and keep contact friends and family.

I then borrowed my roomates extra phone which was also not really in a good condition. I tried to fix my phone by restarting it and all sorts. Doesn't work. I decided to google about the problems i had and then VALA! I'm not the only one. A lot of people had the exact same problem. I went to the sony's main website and it said you have to download the update service application then update the software. Since i only use mac, the application only supports windows 7. gah!...

Then the next morning with my friends, I went to a phone shop specifically for Sony's at the 1B shopping mall.
From a long distance, I could already read the chick working here has no clue about mobile phones.

Me: Excuse me, hi. I have a problem with my phone...blah blah blah....the problems are no network coverage, not charging, no bluetooth, and i googled online it says i need to software update it. can you do anything about it to help me.

Some chick: Erm, hmmmmm.....
(looking at my phone, n maybe having no clue at all what to do and me n my frens looking at her all wtf...) *finally she speaks*
I think..i think...We take your phone and see what is the problem with your phone, we have charges for that, after we found out the problem we tell you and if you want us to repair it we charge... (CHARGE ME?! BUT I ALREADY TELL YOU wtf is the problem with phone dear chick lady)

*warning, IF YOU ARE THE CHICK LADY OR WORKING AT THE SONY ERICSSON ONE BORNEO HYPERMALL WHO IS READING THIS. WELL SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING SO GREEDY." (nama ja sony ericsson sign board basar...pfffftt)

So i'm like no thanks. and said to my friends let's roll ( ha-ha which i didn't)
Went to another shop, and told them the problem, made me wait for their boss who went to the toilet for an hour. and finally showed up BUT they said the same thing...we charge if you want us to check the problem with your phone then charge again to repair it....

gosh...do you really need money so desperately?? Is rent that expensive for phone shops at one Borneo?..
maybe they should improve their customer service then maybe you get more customers....

I was so desperate at that time. so i went to another phone shop and bought a simple pink nokia phone. N2220. Just for temporary. It was js a simple phone. does the basic. text n calls. it cost me rm170. not bad for a hot pink stylish phone.
I was happy for awhile owning this phone. =) then i saw..somebody...somebody which was the person who i went out with on a date which was the worst date ever..the dude from politeknik college. omfg.
he passed by me and was looking and me, stupidly i said hi and he js continued to walk.
after a second, i thought to myself why the hell did i just say that?! he was the one who should say hello to me. Not me...Astagaaa...hahaha oh well move on. bye2 ahole..=P

Few hours later, Unluckily...after i bought this nokia. the phone felt like it was releasing a lot of heat js by touching the keypads, the battery felt like it was overheating. and when the battery died. i charged it and it wont work either. So i went back to the phone shop at dinner time. 2nd time at the mall i was already sick of the mall. I told the lady the problem and she said "whoops! i accidentally gave you the wrong battery, i was suppose to give you the originally one. I'm so sorry"....like what? are you sure chick no.2? are you sure it was an honest mistake?...rite..Some people..gosh i don't know what i'm suppose to say about this.

when I thought I've solved this nokia problem, think again. the phone was overheating again. i only made 2 or 3 calls n the heat was very high. i thought maybe it was normal. So the next morning which is today. the phone was dead, it didnt switch on. i checked the battery and the phone which is where i saw a whole wich was melted by the heat. it looked like a phone mouse made it. (wished i had proof to show it here) So what else was i suppose to do? Get my money back or repair it or replace a new one. Anyway, I went to the mall for the third time this week again!...omgwad.....This time not only the chick lady who was there, but also her boss lady. They were shocked to see a melted hole there. So they said all i could to was wait n they would inform the supplier to help me replace it. *fingers crossed*....

I'm not done with my story yet

Now back to the sony.e. I didn't wanna give up on it n wait n do nothing about it. So I went n borrowed a friends laptop to download the update service application online. Next, I followed the instructions of the application and updated my sony.e. After updating. i switched on the phone. it took a while.
And what happend after that, I jumped for joy! because i'm so smart and only sometimes partially stupid, slow n silly.
Now my phone is working just fine. yay! network coverage detected, charges, bluetooth all working!...

what an experience...........

so now, i actually don't need the unlucky stupid hot pink phone. so i'll just have to wait for their phone call and go n get the phone. wish me luck!

Thank for reading this story about what i had to go through this week. lessons i learned.
Mobile phones are important.
Customer service is important and Courtesy too.
Some phones needs updating softwares.
Money can't solve all problems.
Real friends help you whenever, whatever, won't mind if the only thing you need is support.
God gives you all these problem to make your life exciting and not boring.

So problems i'm having now is I have a cough, flu and i'm losing my voice.
Assignments and tests on the way!

The most important to do during class is not just listening, writing down notes , all the important details but it's to actually F...O..C..U..S

How does "lack of focus" apply to your everyday life?

I notice that when I focus more in class, i usually remember information better and rather quickly.
So after class i rarely study or revise for a test or quiz. and this goes back to IF ONLY, i repeat IF ONLY I'd focus in class a hundred and 10 percent!...not 99.9%. it doesn't count.
People get distracted easily. This power of the "FOCUS-nesses" is really useful. for example, drving. You cannot be easily distracted, when you pass by a shop lot, boutique and it says SALE! 70% OFF! and then suddenly out of nowhere there's a car in front of you. BAM!...
Caused by lack of focus.
Not trying to scare you actually but that's reality.

Improve your focus

Get enough sleep, at least 8 hours for you if your classes are from 9 to 5.

Eat well, so during class your not hungry. and drink lots of water too.

Sit in front if you get easily distracted.

Play Brain Games! =)

During the holidays, i've been playing online games. It's not those counterstrike, football, warcraft games. Their called brain games. And it comes in many different variations.
One of the games can actually train your focus, Avoiding distraction, Increasing work productivity, Concentration, which has been categorized in Attention games. My favourite is "Lost in migration".
It really works and it helped me a lot. You guys should try it too. Either for fun or to improve brain power. Besides that, there's also games to improve your speed, memory and flexibility.
Therefore, your not just playing meaningless games but it improves your brain power at the same time.

No!!! I don't want to go to the "lu"(toilet).................... o.O

Class has started, which I've already mentioned in my previous post. But this time, it's official. First day usually lecturers would want you to introduce yourself and maybe do a new year dance.
who knows? =) ..
Classes officially start only and if only if they tell you your first assignment.
WELL, It was only the first day of biology class and i have two assignments already!
(during the holidays, i was the one complaining about boredom)

So my second assignment was to do some research a few plant species. I still Have no idea which to choose. Because I need to find ones that I can find the samples easily.
(no don't you dare say..don't say Grass!)

Last year i went to Tenom, Taman Pertanian Sabah (its a Park) to go fishing. And i only caught one small tiny tiny little fish and let it go. because it bit my finger so.
We were there from 10am till 5pm. I finally gave up at 4.30pm and tied my fishing rod somewhere near the benches where i was siting. only at 5pm the fishes started biting and my brothers were all excited and caught a few larger fishes.
So while there were fishing, i went to have a walk around the park. Luckily I brought along my camera.

I can't believe it's my second year, and i'm a sophomore!...
But still I have extra co-curriculum activities, involves discipline and one of the rules is

Hey there lovelies,
Hope you had a great Christmas. once upon a time I was a little kid, the best time of the year is Christmas and to tell you the truth, it's because of the presents I get from my family. =) Well, i was little and I didn't know what was Christmas was all about. No one really told me anything. I remember one christmas i had at my grandparents house, I didn't get toys for christmas and was really upset while all the other kids had huge smiles on their faces busy opening their presents.
There was christmas games, singing, dancing, fashion shows for grown up men in women's clothes. Those were the moments that were even better than opening up gifts. All my cousins gathered together sitting in a corner, playing with each other, having "kid talks". It was fun.
Once again hope you had a lovely Christmas.

Hey there!. Guess what? if you haven't heard, I'm back from the Philippines! and when the plane landed on the ground, I remembered my exam results are out. o.O....

My gpa results slightly went down hill...well just a bit... hmm...

I was nearly murdered by my parents.... just kidding... but their not very happy either.

Dancing Shoes are not Normal Shoes! Their not normal high heeled shoes that you can buy from any store. It's those shoes you see on the reality TV show Dancing with the stars!..
These shoes give you the support that you need when you cha-cha-cha and do your salsa dances while you swing your hips from left to right.

If you haven't heard, lately I've been taking dance classes. =) Not trying to be a professional dancer or anything. It's to exercise and get healthy!!! (Hooray for realizing exercise is very important!)
Plus! It also helps us to maintain healthy skin. Besides applying face products, lotion etc, physical exercise and work out activity could help a lot.

Dancing class is like a workout session but instead of jogging, swimming, badminton
(Which is usually my exercise activities). People get bored easily and sooner or later need some changes. Change is good.
So instead of wearing your trainers/sportshoes you get to wear flirty skirts and sparkly dancing shoes.
Yay!..
Dance class takes an one hour of non-stop dancing per day but 4 times a week activity.
After an one hour, you can feel your body heat up and the energy used.
This is also a really great way to release stress and just have FUN!

She has this really Pretty Grape purple butterfly cover bible. It's not only outside that's really cute but also the inside of it. The translated English is very easy to understand not those old English versions.
For example,

This little monster I'm talking about is My little cousin.
Little kids can be unpredictable sometimes.
Her mum had to go outstation for a few days so she's staying at my place for awhile.
She goes to an international school. While public schools are closed for the holidays, and they just started their semester.
She just got home and i prepared her lunch.

When she was siting and eating, while I placed a glass of water on the table.

Lil Monster: Ginaaa.. i have something to tell you.. Sit down.

(sit down? xcuse me??)

me: why? what?

Lil Monster: Just now at school, i talk to the boy i like, he is Taiwanese and American and then i say i like you!..and then.. i ran away...*giggles*

me: hahaha Why u runaway and then?

Lil Monster: Then he chase after me! he asked, u like me? y u like me? then i ran away again.. hehehe

me: You ah..so cheeky...

Lil Monster: You? you? you ? You don't have boyfriend??

me: Well last time when i was in primary school, i like this boy he sat at the back of me in class and one day i say i like him. and i ran away..

*Lil monster and Gina laughs*

Lil monster: so now u don't have boyfren?

me: Don't have one. why?

Lil monster: WHY u no boyfren?

me: he's too far away. We broke up long time ago.

Exams are over like a week ago and I still can't Sleep... I vampiyarr..

Maybe i think too much.

..While all that thinking, a memory suddenly pops out of nowhere.
It was from one of my high school days,
A friend once told me that she could see me in the future as a successful person and i was meant to be "Somebody" .....a successful someone.
My reaction was "What?! huh?' and started laughing while my friend was frowning.

and she said
sia bukan main2 ni, betul ba. macam kau boleh jadi somebody la yg berjaya..
(translation: I'm not joking. I really see that you can be someone who is gonna succeed)

so i just stop laughing and smiled at this lovely friend of mine.

Then a few days later another friend of mine said "Gina, you're very smart...but you malas(lazy)."
This! i didn't laugh about it. My response was yea i know i am. After that she said you just need to work a little bit harder and you'll be a "Somebody".

Maybe it was sign or something, or fate. The truth is that I've never forgotten what their messages were. It's stuck in my brain.
A lot of hardships I have been through has made me a stronger person and in the past what my friends had said helped too.

And Things that i try to not to do.
x procrastinate
x be lazy
x be late
x be a *itch (hahaha)

-Organize
-Balance everything else

And speaking of Balancing life. Now that's a must. I got an email from my dad, titled improve ur life.
Life is like a game. Imagine your juggling balls well maybe like 5 of them. Each represents
work, family, friends, health and spiritually. Work is a rubber ball and the other four is made out of glass. Work is a rubber ball and if you drop it, it bounces back up. But the other 4 will break, get damaged, crash and shattered into pieces. They will never be the same again.

So for now i can't see that far into the future if i'll be a somebody or not. But i have faith. =)
and I know I'm somebody. I'm someone's daughter, a sister, a friend, and I am Me.

no, me not vampire after all. sleepy now..zzZ

The Vampire Diaries

Have been downloading Season 2 of this Addictive Tv show. It's so sad that it's not aired in Malaysia. Astro which is the malaysia satellite tv should get theCW channel.

Season one was aired at the 8tv channel but it's not enough because season 2 is already released.

Not only we get to watch TVD but also of course Gossip girl. and glee and etc. Oh well...you never know maybe astro is in progress getting the cw channel. (Fingers crossed..Think positive! )

Nina Dobrev who is the main character Eleena Gilbert and plays another role Katherine as a vampire, has really good acting skills. She can play the good girl and the psychotic manipulating bitch. I wonder how much do they pay her for doing two characters. She's the best.
